We understand at times life gets hectic and things come up. However failure to cancel, reschedule, or arrive late for your appointment denies other clients the ability to make an appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete the intake and consents before your session. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment and missed appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Missed appointments are defined as more than 15 min late for a scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals and Rescheduled Appointments Policy

We value the importance of your time. To help keep us on schedule we work effortlessly to limit delayed appointments. Therefore, clients who arrive 15 minutes after their scheduled time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price and will have to reschedule their appointment for another day.

Concierge Appointments Cancellation, Late Arrival, and Rescheduled Policy

You may cancel your mobile concierge appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment and missed appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment and missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

If a clinician has been dispatched to your location and you failed to give the correct address or you are not present at the correct address within 15 minutes of the clinicians arrival, you will be charged $175 travel fee to the credit card on file in addition to full service price.
